Lee C. Paull III is a lifelong resident of Wheeling, West Virginia. He started in the insurance business in 1961 with Lee C. Paull Insurance and is the fourth generation of this insurance family. After working with his family business for a number of years, in 1977 he obtained his real estate license and in 1981 started his own business of Paull Associates Insurance / Real Estate.

He is married to the former June Lee Welch of Wheeling. They are the parents of three grown children and five grandchildren. |

Ralph is a lifelong resident of Wheeling, and graduate of West Liberty State College. Ralph is a former associate of Archer Realty, and a retiree of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. When Ralph received his draft notice, he then enlisted in the Marine Corps, and served in the USMC from 1957 to 1959 receiving an Honorable Discharge as a sergeant.
Ralph is past president of the Data Processing Management Association (DPMA); past president of the W-P Steel 25 Year Club, past president and active board member of the Clinton Hills Improvement Association. Ralph also served as an Advisor to Belmont Technical College for over 20 years. And is a past member of the adjunct faculty for West Virginia Northern Community College.
