   Denise Pavlik - Office Manager/Realtor

   A lifelong resident of Glen Dale, Denise began her real estate career in 1987. A member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the local Board of Realtors, she also holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.

   Consistently a top producer since 1990, she serves Brooke, Marshall and Ohio counties. She is currently a Director for the local Board of Realtors, with this being her second term while also working on several committees.

   Denise resides in Sun Valley in Glen Dale and served as councilor for the City of Glen Dale for seven years. She is the parent of two sons, Lance and Garrett Pavlik.

   Ann Wilson - Realtor

   Ann Wilson has joined the Paull Associates Real Estate Team. A Realtor of 20+ years, Ann has been a Top Producer for many of those years. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors, the West Virginia Board of Realtors and the Wheeling Board of Realtors, of which she is a past member of its Board of Directors, and has the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

   Ann is a member of St. Jude Catholic Church and a member of the Board of Directors of the Elmhurst House of Friendship. Ann markets and sells real estate full time in Ohio and Marshall Counties.

   She resides in Glen Dale with her husband James S. Wilson.

   Erin Fonner - Realtor

   Erin has been an active Realtor since 1984 and has received the annual Top Producer award numerous times. She belongs to NAR (National Association of Realtors) as well as WVAR (West Virginia Association of Realtors).

   Erin has been a Director on the Wheeling Board of Realtors since 1998. She served as Secretary/Treasurer for 4 years and is currently in her 2nd term as President of the Board. She and her husband Terry reside in Elm Grove and are the parents of two sons, Ryan and Evan.

   Tara K. Ryan-Hardman - Realtor

   Tara K. Ryan-Hardman has been a resident of Wheeling for 18 years. Upon completion of college in 1987, with a degree in Business, she accepted a position in Management with The Kroger Company.

   Various employments include training new Associates for The Kroger Company, financial secretary for the Lutheran Church, sales associate for Carolina Furniture and specializing in home oxygen and respiratory therapy for Health Care Solutions.

   She and her husband Don have two daughters Kaydon and Kelsey and reside in Wheeling. She enjoys piano, music, golf, softball and spending time with her family.

   Lorri A. Grisell - Realtor

   Lorri has been a lifelong resident of Marshall County. She is a Roman Catholic and is very active in the community. Lorri is also a fellow Rotarian, Chair of the P.R. Committee for the Wheeling Board of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the West Virginia Association of Realtors.

   Lorri was nominated Outstanding Committee Volunteer in  2007 by the Wheeling Board of Realtors. She is currently serving clients in Ohio, Marshall and Wetzel counties.

   Bob has been a Realtor since 1987. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Wheeling Board of Realtors, and a graduate of Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). Bob is a resident of Woodsdale and an Elder at Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church. He is a graduate from Linsly Military Institute, Thiel College and the University of Pittsburgh.

   Bob is a past member and President of Ohio Valley Merchants Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He taught at Linsly Institute and West Virginia Northern Community College.

   Mary Ellen Bennett - Realtor

   Mary Ellen Bennett has worked in real estate sales and land development throughout West Virginia for more than 20 years. Her real estate specialties include residential, commercial, historic restoration and preservation, land development and multi-unit sales and management.

   In 2005, Mary Ellen received the "Best Use of a Historic Property Award" from Friends of Wheeling. She attended Belmont Technical College, where she studied Historic Preservation. She is a member of the NAR, the West Virginia Association of Realtors and the Wheeling Board of Realtors.
